Open Google Play on your phone → tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Farm Hub Jamaica → Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Sign in with the same Google account you used to subscribe. Go to Settings → Manage Subscription → Restore purchases inside the app.
Your farm data is stored in the cloud (Firebase). Sign in with the same account and it will sync back automatically. If you see the onboarding wizard, complete it — your existing data is still there and will appear once you re-enter your farm name.
Yes. The app has offline support — you can log records without a connection and they sync when you're back online. Some features (weather, cloud forecasts, push notifications) require internet.
Profile tab → scroll to the bottom → Delete account. This is permanent and cannot be undone. Alternatively email us and we'll process it within 30 days.
